odds & ends is a collection of previously unfinished tracks that were just taking up space on my hard drive. I never expected to release “gumbo!” as a single, but every time I’d open up that project it was just so fun to listen to! So I started mining through other unfinished tracks to put together an EP: “etcetera” was one of the first tracks I made when I got Maschine… I didn’t even remember recording “notion” (!!!) and “collage” is the only one that was created just for this release. Though these tracks were not created with the intent of being released as a group, I think they work quite well together. I hope you enjoy! –michael aka [zoethecat]
