tiny bill cody is the performance alter ego of Tor Lukasik-Foss, a Canadian artist whose creative practice has integrated music, performance, storytelling and visual art. the devil will give you candy represents the first four offerings from a series of original songs written and performed by Lukasik-Foss, and represent the first recorded music the artist has released in a decade. They are still distinctly tiny bill cody in nature: anecdotes of personal redemption, temptation, and transformation tinged by supernatural forces, delivered with rhythmic acoustic intensity.
